  1. Monday:Jesus did not leave before He instructed His chosen apostles. He told them many things. At their last meeting he told his disciples to wait in Jerusalem. One thing I would be sure to do if I knew Jesus was coming back today would be to repent. I would make sure everything is good between us so my first encounter with God would be a great thing instead of an upsetting one.

  2. Tuesday:Paul came to a town where he saw a man sitting in a window. The man fell from a three story building. Everyone crowded around him. Paul told them he will be back. This man was brought back to life by the power of God. God responds to my human weakness without hesitation. He is aware that us humans are wicked and fragile. In physical means, He will always pull through and help us with what we need most. In spiritual means, He is very much aware that we are no where remotely near perfect and that we are full of major flaws.

  3. Wednesday:After travelling to many far places, Paul was encountered by a man who took his belt and tied his own hands and feet with it. The man said "The Holy Spirit says, ‘In this way the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem will bind the owner of this belt and will hand him over to the Gentiles.’". The people pleaded to Paul for him not to leave them. Paul replied that he was ready to die for His King and to not weep for him.

  4. Thursday:Even after we betrayed, whipped, mocked, laughed, cursed His name, and tortured Him, Jesus still died for us. He died for the most wicked creatures on earth because He loved us so much. Us creatures would never die for anyone. The last time I thanked God for what He has done for me is every time I pray. Sometimes I just thank God just because. I have so much to thank Him for it would probably take the rest of my life to give him all of my gratitude. He has done nothing but give and give and give. No one can express as much love for one as He does for every single one of us.

  5. Friday:For those in Christ who are walking according to the Spirit, there is no condemnation for sin, for the death of Christ for sin has set us free from the law of sin and death by fulfilling the requirement of the law. By setting our minds on the things of the Spirit and not the flesh, we are able to enjoy life and peace, pleasing God. Something that I feel that can separate me from the love of Jesus is my worldly appearance. I have become aware that I am enveloped in this sinful world. I know God doesn't want me to have to be wrapped in evil, but I did this to myself. I take responsibility for not obeying what He told me to do.
